FWIW, I'm well used to horizontal scrolling for my listings when using
Digiguide - whilst he's not got the Digiguide-esque mousewheel behaviour
down yet, the horizontal scrolling works better than pages and pages of
vertical scrolling for listings, so I think it works quite nicely.
Dragging in two dimensions works alright - and maybe regarding the images
instead of text issue, if zingzing has terms of a licence for usage of the
EPG data which they have to adhere to, and one of these is that the EPG data
can't easily be scraped or reproduced, then that's possibly how he's
conforming with that element of the licence.
(note: IANAL, I do not also have any real in-depth understanding of how to
obtain, interpret, parse or repurpose EPG data!)
