Hi

Not as global as this one was, but World Service was schedule reported down
on 30th March, though I suspect arising from a different problem.

The message to users on the web page wasn't too friendly. Something like
"There is no node to service this request" - maybe should read, "Sorry the
schedules are unavailable at present.....".
