Seems like a nice idea... would you really need to bother with crowd-
sourcing the legal documents, surely there is a BBC Legal department
to take care of this? I've no idea how much variation there would be
per-artist, but I would have thought their contracts would be very
similar regarding publicity?
Perhaps the creation of a simple a central resource where programme
makers can upload screenshots/publicity photos and maybe short clips
(promo videos?). This same resource could then possibly be reused to
power things like iPlayer images etc.
Maybe this would also give more control to the programme makers about
what images they *want* being used to describe their show?
