It's not really being "converted". The Freeview HD services are a cease and re-provide. After switch-over the multiplexes are known as BBCA, D3+4, BBCB, SDN, ARQA and ARQB or PSB1, PSB2, PSB3, COM4, COM5 and COM6 (plus the MEN mux in Manchester).
