Historical reasons—most of the people who read my blog follow me on Twitter, are other tumblr users, or otherwise know how to get me. When I ran it on WordPress and had comments enabled, I actually only had one real comment in about 18 months (though hundreds of spam comments…). I’m not closed to comment, it’s just that my blog is ;)
