My understanding, and it could be incorrect, is that the first
“wave” (pardon the pun) would consist of about 1,000,000 invitations—
that is, the original 100,000, followed by the invitations given to
them. This is second-hand information, mind, so somebody may well know
better than me!
I wouldn’t hold my breath for more invitations being issued any time
in the short term, though.
