indefinitely live BBC archive?
my daughter (age 13) asks:
why can't the BBC make some programmes available all the time?

ie there must be a large number of programmes that the BBC creates,
and owns copyright permissions.
why aren't at least some of these available via search indefinitely,
aka youtube/bbc
