You’re not going mad. A cynic might be forgiven for believing it’s perfectly congruous with the aspects of the BBC’s high definition strategy which are concrete enough to put into words in a consultation document. Mind you, compare what we know about the BBC’s high definition with what we know about the HD strategies of broadcasters who aren’t compelled to consult on various aspects of their operation. M.
