I could help you (if i've understand well).
The easiest way, but not as clean, is to edit BackupPC_stnd.css in one line
(about at the end of the file).
Change into #Content stanza the line:
top: 10px;
with a bigger number.
In this way right side will scroll down of desidered pixel (px).
