Hi All,
I'm new to this list but i've been using BackupPC for some time, simply
the best backup solution i've ever seen!
I've looked through the archives and found some old posts relating to
having a web interface to edit the hosts file and configuration file. A
lot of people have discussed it, i was just wondering where it was at now?
Ideally i think we need 3 things...
1. ability to edit the hosts file in a web interface
2. ability to edit config.pl in web interface (admin only for system
wide config.pl)
3. ability to generate a config.pl for certain hosts as well as edit.
If we had those 3 things i believe we'd have the complete solution.
I know that the "Linbox rescue Server" does have this in its backuppc
section, and they have made some webmin modules for it, but they are
heavily dependant on the LRS project. The webmin files are

I am thinking of having a crack at a webmin module, but i'm no
programmer. Is anyway else trying to develop a solution for the above?
