Could be:
- you are on a file system that has run out of hardlinks
(use df -i to check),
- the pool (/usr/local/backuppc/data/cpool) is on a different file
system than the pc direcotry (/usr/local/backuppc/data/pc/HOST),
- some permissions problem.
