You can just delete the backups at the filesystem level.
/var/lib/backuppc/pc/<hostname>/<backup number> is where they're stored (at
least on Debian boxen, YMMV).
You may want to edit the 'backups' file as well, to remove the ones in
question. 

Most of the space won't be reclaimed until BackupPC_nightly finishes
traversing the pool/cpool, and unlinking all the freed backed-up files.
