For some small number of users you could probably set up
machine aliases so it looked like different machines, each
backing up only a corresponding user's home directory.
It would be nice if backuppc could observe permissions on
the fly but mapping the web login name to users on a
particular machine might be difficult where the uid's aren't
all the same.
