Hi Craig

Looks like I spoke too soon. Even with the patch to BackupPC_tarExtract
(changing the first "A12" to "a12"), the error continues to occur, resulting
in "Unexpected end of tar archive". The web interface shows the backup as
"partial" and has all kinds of foreign characters as file and folder names
(instead of the actual file and folder names).

As far as I can tell, the error is definitely caused by a .pst file that has
an apostrophe in its name. When that PST file is available, things continue
normally. When that PST is locked, it causes the entire backup to fail.

I've worked around the issue by renaming the .pst file (it's now called
"Madlyns Personal Folders.pst" instead of "Madalyn's Personal Folders.pst"),
but I thought you would want to be aware of the situation.
