[BackupPC-users] Setting up tar over ssh on windows

I was hoping someone could point me in the direction of a How-to or websitre that has good instructions on how to go about setting this up oin an efficient mannner for use with backuppc? Or if you can give me pointers? (Perhaps using cygwin, or an opensource ssh server?)
