This should work correctly. Yes, Monday will do an incremental
after the blackout ends, but the schedule of the full backup
($Conf{FullPeriod}) will ensure that the full backup will still
occur on Friday or Saturday. It might shift in time by a few
hours since $Conf{IncrPeriod} needs to elapse prior to the full.
