I'm a bit confused with the description of multi-level incrementals in 3.0.0b1. Does this mean in plain English that incrementals will only backup files that have changed since the previous incremental instead of since the previous full backup?
Do these incrementals still appear "filled" when browsing on the website? And I still get the benefits of pooling?
