I also find it helps to split the client into several pieces, in cases
like this. One client is just sDrive, a second is just tDrive, etc.
Lookup $Conf{ClientNameAlias} for more information on how to do this.

If I understand backuppc correctly, a backup can not take longer than
24 hours or it will end the job. (At least, that's the way it seems to
work on my backup servers.)
