I use cwrsyncd from: http://www.itefix.no/phpws/index.php And show, copy an restore my spanish charts from my windows XP and 2000 workstations without problem. install cwrsyncd, prepare the directory for upload, replace cygwin1.dll with this http://www.okisoft.co.jp/esc/utf8-cygwin/cygwin1-dll-11-15.tar.bz2 restart cwrsynd, and works perfect.
