I was on this list previously in another guise. It's good to be back.
I'm having an issue with backuppc and a new win 64bit 2003 server setup.
The setup is rsync over LAN and works effectively with a win 2000 server and
a debian server. Backuppc is running on a Debian etch server.
The win2000 server is using regular cygwin.
For the new addition I decided to use the cygwin-backuppc special install on
the 64bit win 2003 server
error message is as follows:

Connected to 10.10.1.6:873, remote version 29
Negotiated protocol version 26
Error connecting to module warutja-backups at 10.10.1.6:873: auth failed on
module module-name
Got fatal error during xfer (auth failed on module warutja-backups)
Backup aborted (auth failed on module module-name)
=============
now, I see the auth problem, but as all computers are in a network, I
expected them to be able to use the user that we have defined for the other
successful hosts.
Plus, i've never seen that error before "remote version 29
Negotiated protocol version 26"
Any ideas? Has the backuppc/cygwin exe been left behind in devel?
