I'm using rsync (rsyncd on the client/Windows). I've noticed that incremental backups will transfer the same files over and over again, until the next full. For instance, as a test... 0 full 10min Add a bunch of files. 1 incr 6min 2 incr 6min 3 incr 6min 4 full 0.1min 2-3: In the XferLOG it shows "pool" unlike a full (4) which says "same". Just by looking at the traffic lights I can tell that each incremental is transferring quite a bit (continuous light). The full, just a few blinks. Is this normal, or do I have something not working quite right?
