Yes according to BackupPC_sendEmail, it looks like only $user gets the 
notification today...

Until that changes, here's a possible work-around for you. In my email 
system, I can set the same alias to multiple recipients and they  will 
all receive messages sent to that alias address. So if you have three 
users of a host "host27", maybe you can create an alias like  
"[EMAIL PROTECTED]", defined three times in order to distribute 
messages to those users. Then configure that as the primary user (email  
address).
