Holy cow...I feel dumb. I never noticed that "Add" button. I did what you said 
and it worked great (see below).

Sorry about the confusion.  The answer I gave was for editing the
setting directly in the config.pl file.

If you are using the config editor you need to just enter C$
in the first box.  Then select "Add" to get a second box for
D$, and so on.  See the screen shot below (I used F$ instead
of W$ for the third entry).  Don't forget to select Save.
