Procedure with Debian Stable:

# apt-get install backuppc
(this install BackupPC 2.1.3 and dependencias)
# apt-get remove backuppc
# wget
http://ftp.es.debian.org/debian/pool/main/b/backuppc/backuppc_3.0.0-3_all.deb
# dpkg -i backuppc_3.0.0-3_all.deb

Ok, you have BackupPC 3.0 with your Debian Stable ;-)
