you will, but don't worry about it. BackupPC_nightly will take care of that.
If you want to force the issue, I think the command to run BackupPC_nightly
is something like:
/path/to/BackupPC_nightly 1 255

which tells it to do its job throughout the entire hash tree that contains
the data pool.

I'd leave it in place tho; I don't know for certain (someone who's seen and
understood the code please correct me) but the pool may be consulted for the
hashed value of the file about to be transferred, and if it is found, then
the file won't be transferred (just linked from the existing copy in the
pool), thus saving you a lot of time and trouble.
