Hello,

On windows clients, often the outlook.pst file cannot be backed up.
Now, I could exclude this file and be happy. But sometimes, Outlook is not
running during a backup, and in fact the file *could* be backed up. Thus, it
would be a pity if it wouldn't.

On the down side, the users would get a warning nearly every day, when
Outlook is running during the backup. This makes users insensitive to
warnings.

Thus I would suggest to include a list of optional backup files, which
should be backed up, but no warning is raised if they cannot be backed up.

What do you think?

Greetings,
Hendrik
