Hi, I have read that ReiserFS is a dead project that even the developers recommend not to use. SuSE has stopped using it as the default filesystem. http://linux.wordpress.com/2006/09/27/suse-102-ditching-reiserfs-as-it-default-fs/
We have stopped using it on our servers. But we have been using it for years and were very happy.
