This will usually be below Apache's cgi-bin directory. I think you should have just used /var/www/cgi-bin here, as that is the default cgi-bin dir for apache. /var/www/html/BackupPC/cgi-bin is probably not setup as a ScriptAlias in your httpd config. Where did you install the rest of the BackupPC files?
