I can confirm this. Ever since upgrading to Centos-5 from Centos-4.5 I've been experiencing the same problem. Full backups appear to work to the C$ share. But incremental backups or backups of other shares don't appear to work. At the moment for testing, I've got scheduled backups tomorrow morning of C$ share from one machine and D$ from another.
