I believe the wakeup schedule is a server-specific setting. You can set different blackout periods per host, though. A wakeup only means that the server checks to see if anything needs to be backed up, it doesn't mean that it *will* back something up. That only happens if all conditions are right (how long has it been since the last backup, how many successful pings have there been, what is the blackout period, etc).
