The problem is now solve. I checked all permissions and they were fine but
I forgot copy and paste the folder "cygwin" on my windows client.
I'm sorry for this problem.

looks like the permissions on the share do not allow the username you are
trying to connect with. you should double check the read permissions on
that share and make sure they match.
