are you sure it's connecting as administrator and not guest? I vaguely
remember that this might happen in some circumstances, but nothing exact.
What version of smbclient are you using?

Are you sure they're done in alphabetical order? Ok, missing is missing,
regardless of when it was missed, but it might be worth looking elsewhere in
the log file for related messages.

The only thing I can think of to check except for all relevant XP permission
settings (whatever those might be) would be the exact smbclient command
executed (see the log file) - just to make sure there really are no excludes
sneaking in from somewhere.
