Hello I have the following problem. Backups that are requested using the www-interface do not appear in the queue for one client.
The client in question is running Windows and using rsync over ssh. This works well if started from command line using sudo -u backuppc /usr/share/backuppc/bin/BackupPC_dump -v -f mronkko-laptop When I try to to schedule a back up using the www-interface by clicking on "Start Full Backup". I get the following message Reply from server was: ok: requested backup of mronkko-laptop And the following line is added to the server log 2007-11-21 17:25:31 User backuppc requested backup of mronkko-laptop <http://192.168.1.10/backuppc/index.cgi?host=mronkko-laptop> (192.168.1.104) However, that is all that happens. The requested backup does not show in the queue, no more entries to the server log and no entries to the client log. I tried to schedule archiving and backup of the /home at of the backup server and these work just fine. Any ideas what might be wrong or how to continue troubleshooting?
