Well yes, I installed it by running these commands followed the instruction
on howtoforge.org

apt-get install backuppc rsync libfile-rsyncp-perl par2 smbfs
dpkg-reconfigure backuppc

I didn't find backuppc in /etc/init.d, don't know why, no solution with
reinstall it, and no idea on how to place the init.d script in /etc/init.d.

I'm beginner in Linux, and I like very much to use Linux and backuppc
software . Thank you

Apparently /etc/init.d/backuppc does not exist. Did you install the Debian
package or did you do an install from source? In the latter case you need to
place the init.d script in /etc/init.d yourself.
