Hello all, I have been happily testing my backuppc installation for about a month. Over Christmas break something went wrong. It seems that the backuppc web interface just stopped working. It just doesn't show up. Instead the contents of /var/www/ are shown. I have restarted the machine and have the same results. I'm not sure what happened to make this occur. It was running fine for several weeks and I did nothing to the configuration of backuppc or the ubuntu server.
Can I safely remove the backuppc using apt-get (or aptitude) and then reinstall it? I'm assuming my backup data will remain untouched, but I just wanted to ask if there would be any possible problems with this attempt at getting my backuppc server operational again. I was using backuppc 3.0.0 on ubuntu gutsy and I installed using apt-get. thanks for your time, Matthew ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Microsoft Defy all challenges.
