Rajnish,
In our organization we backup BackupPC once a week by using the
BackupPC_tarCreate command like so:
BackupPC_tarCreate -h ${backup_host} -n -1 -s '${share_name}' / >
${archive_dir}/${backup_host}.tar
The options '-n -1' pulls the latest backup from the pool for tar
creation. At this point we use the gzip and ncrypt programs to compress
and encrypt the file and then securely wipe the disk.
