The quick fix is to force a backup at approximately the time you want it 
to happen regularly - or initially add hosts at that time.  Then the 
next one won't start for approximately 24 hours, and by the time you 
might drift off that schedule the auto-detection of which hosts are 
available in the non-blackout period will have taken effect.
