Ahh, that's it -- since the backup of the previous hosts the night before finished about an hour later than the current night, only 23 hours had passed since the previous backup. My incremental period is set to 0.97 (equivalent to 23.28 hours), so therefore it did not run. So I think I can do one, or both of the following: a) Set the incremental period to a smaller value, perhaps 0.7. b) Add a couple of wakeup times to try and get past the 0.97 threshold.
