The Debian/Ubuntu package name for File::RsyncP is libfile-rsyncp-perl I believe. I don't know if the Debian/Ubuntu package installs this as a dependency automatically. File::RsyncP is the CPAN name and on Red Hat style distro's you can use the package called perl-File-RsyncP from RPMForge.
