In my case, at least some files (rsyncd.conf itself, for example) 
are definitely being backed up from the win2k drive c: to a 
different machine.  I hope (but don't know for certain :-) that the 
other files are also being backed up.  Only the 'file in use' or 
'file has vanished' errors are reported by the backuppc gui as 
having been logged, however.

I don't know what to suggest but it doesn't look to me as if, for me 
and on my machine, the 'ygdrive' problem is any more than a cosmetic 
issue, at least for right now.
