Thanks Holger - some great tips there. I'll to my best to stick to them. And I think you will find when you see it that my "rough draft" is better than most people's "final copy" :-) And besides, I will work out all the tweaks on the company internal wiki first, so the first draft you get will already be fairly far along. And while I am pretty good at writing single-page "how to's", I'm not so great at organising lots of different pieces of info - otherwise i would gladly tackle some of the overall structural issues of the wiki that you talk about.
