Depends on the size of the pool.
Anywhere dd, cp or rsync are similar solutions imho, but remember that with
rsync u can "resume" if copy crash :\
I moved a storage one time only, and i've used  cp -a 'cause pool wasn't
too large that time ( ~25G ).
