Good eyes and good catch. For some reason it seems like I was looking at an old backup version before I recently upgraded cygwin. The hard links were missing from that older version. In any case, all seems to be working fine. And to be sure the rsync method is properly catching hard links and cygwin symbolic links. SO all is good - sorry for the false alarm! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Let Crystal Reports handle the reporting - Free Crystal Reports 2008 30-Day trial.
