Not exactly.  You just browse a backup tree which will obviously only 
include directories that were backed up.  At every level there is a 
history link near the top.  This is not a good approach for automations 
but if you are checking to see how many versions of a changing file you 
have or whether a certain file was picked up in a certain backup it can 
work.
