Brian, That's just a matter of: 1. Adding users to the htpasswd file, if you are using standard apache auth, and ... 2. Adding that user to the "User" field in hosts.pl / hosts GUI. If you have a corporate domain and want them to receive email messages, make these full email addresses, or make them the same username and set EMailUserDestDomain to your domain name. They'll get notices if backups don't run for EMailNotifyMinDays days.
