Hi all, This error is beyond me. I'm a programmer, not a network engineer. I've just inherited this issue. Here is my command and the resultant output:

Within /etc/dhcp/dhcpd.conf, we statically assign IPs by MAC address. Unless he has changed his NIC (which he has not) he will always get the same IP I don't get it?!
