Add the EPEL repository to your yum config if you haven't already and:
yum install backuppc

It will save some trouble if you mount the archive partition you want
to use at /var/lib/BackupPC before the install.
Then follow the instructions in /etc/httpd/conf.d/BackupPC.conf to add
your web password.
