Had to fix a BackupPC server today and found another case where you'll
get the getStats error message (see also
http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.sysutils.backup.backuppc.general/27044):
if File::RsyncP is not installed and you attempt a full backup with
XferMethod = rsync.
A slightly more helpful error message in the server log would've been
nice ("File::RsyncP is not installed, dummy."), but no big deal.
This is with the most recent version, 3.2.1.
