Are your running out of disk space? > In fact it is a directory, not a file. Cannot see anything unusual. It is a directory containing a subdirectory and some text files. On my backupdisk (ext4) 40% is used of 2TB, I've recently done a fsck -c which did not reveal any problems. No lost inodes etc, or badblocks.

The directory /var/lib/backuppc/pc/xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/new/f%2f/fhome/fmike/fwerk/fsystem/fTransformer/fandroid-sdk-linux/fadd-ons/faddon-google_tv_addon-google_inc_-12/fi in fact should be /var/lib/backuppc/pc/xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/new/f%2f/fhome/fmike/fwerk/fsystem/fTransformer/fandroid-sdk-linux/fadd-ons/faddon-google_tv_addon-google_inc_-12/fimages There seems to be a limit on the record length.
