Les' suggestions are the best idea for getting all the files.
>From the web interface, when you browse each directory, it shows which
backup number each file is being merged from. That's the column marked "#"
between the mode and the file size in the file list. However, there isn't
a way to get that information through the web interface other than a
directory at a time.
